Included in your package will be an online gallery of full size, high resolution images available for download or print. You will have your choice of images depending on the package you choose, and a print shop will be available to print directly from the gallery website. When my client is ready to choose a date for our session, we book. Upon booking, I take a 50% non-refundable deposit to protect both my client’s time and mine. I will also send my client a contract and invoice through Honeybook detailing our session. The contract and invoice are both online, making it easy to sign and send payment.

I use Pic-Time to deliver all of my galleries within 5-6 weeks of the session. Previews are sent within 1 week of the session. Clients will have their choice of a number of images and depending on their package, will be able to pick and choose their favourites of the bunch to download in full size and high resolution.

Yes and no! I no longer accept major wedding bookings, but I do accept simple elopements, adventurous elopements and small, intimate ceremonies. My days of shooting large weddings are over (for now) so I can focus on other areas, but I will always consider any inquiry that comes my way. I am very excited by the idea of travelling for an adventurous elopement!

Yes! Although creative portraits are my bread and butter, I am happy to accept bookings for other reasons and occasions. I love couples sessions and engagements!

Yes! Travelling for work is very exciting and fun for me. As long as travel is covered by the client, I will go anywhere in the province, country or in the world.

Yes! Studio sessions are lovely and offer a more intimate, quiet setting for portraits, lifestyle, branding, or photos of a more intimate nature. As long as the studio and travel is covered by the client, I’m there!

Chances are, yes! Run your idea by me and we’ll see if we can make it work. I’m down for most, including adventurous hikes, helicopter rides or portrait sessions that are on the more intimate side.

No. RAW images or unedited images are an unfinished product that do not accurately represent my work. The shooting, editing and gallery making are all part of the process that make up your investment. The final images wouldn’t be complete without every stage.

A resource I really value is Getty Images Calculator. Check it out and play with it, and you can see the worth of individual images if they were to be sold or published. Image rights are an absolutely wild topic. When models are hired on shoots, the majority of their pay isn’t from hours worked. It’s because the brand is paying to use their image for a period of time.

Images are very valuable and this is one of the main takeaways in my mentorship sessions.

My packages are priced in a way that considers skill level, experience, business management and back-end work, hours of work and deserved hourly wage. Photography is an investment in yourself or your business and should be priced accordingly. I believe the sessions are priced fairly and within reason, and consider all of the work that goes into operating the photography business as a whole and being able to pay myself a comfortable wage.

Yes! Although nearly 100% of my clientele are women, I am very open to and have experience shooting men.

I think what makes me different is my style and my personality. Along with my natural style, I believe I can offer you authenticity, kindness and comfortability.

I am naturally extroverted around others, but I’m also a huge introvert. I think the part that makes photography worthwhile is meeting genuinely cool and kind humans. I have been very fortunate to meet so many cool people, including models, influencers, business owners and clients who have made the experience so much more worth it. I have also been able to make and keep many friendships from meeting at shoots.
